CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available on all items and we dont charge any extra amount for cod order although if customer go for prepaid, He/she will be given 5% extra discount and coupon on some special occasions.

PREPAID
Prepaid is our prefered mode of payment because then we do not need to do cod confirmation and also customer will get 5% discount on purchases above 700 ruppee.

DELIVERY CHARGES
The price displayed includes the packing and handling at each product level (between 0-20%). This can be seen in the product detail page.

For shipping, there will be extra charge of Rs.50/Rs.100 as applicable.

We are serving CASH ON DELIVERY service for everyone which is available @Rs.0 extra.

RETURNS CHARGES
If in any case customer has to return the item, he/she will be liable to pay courier charges and in case of foods.shopkruz fault by sending wrong product by mistake to customer, customer we be paid back thier courier charges.
