Product Accessories

No accessories like spoons, plates, bowls, background wooden surface are provided with the product. Any image displaying the same is for product visualization and is not included with the product.

Procedure for replacement

Any damages of product must be informed via email with description, scanned copy of the product delivery receipt and a clear photograph of the damaged product with in 24 hours of the product delivery. The mail needs to be sent on info@avarya.in with subject line as ‘Damaged Product’.

Any complaints regarding damages of product received after 24 hours of product delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Once we receive the above details, we will process the order for a replacement of the same product and will inform the schedule of delivery for the same. The damaged product needs to be returned to us in the same condition as received and should be with exact nett weight as ordered.

Order Requests

All special request regarding your order, needs to be communicated to us from the same e-mail address, which is mentioned in the order form.

Order Cancellation

Foods.shopkruz.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and refund the same exact amount back to the User.

Shipping

For Domestics orders (INDIA) all items will be sent by reputed Courier Companies via Air/Surface. For shipping outside INDIA, it will be done by reputed International Courier companies via Air.
